Data we collect
We process account and profile data, contact details, authentication identifiers, device and notification tokens, security and diagnostic logs, approximate or precise location when you grant permission, gameplay and world state, inventory and virtual balances, marketplace activity, transaction and invoice records, support messages, and KYC data when identity verification is required.

How we use data
We use data to create and secure accounts, provide gameplay and location features, synchronize progress, operate inventory and marketplace services, process transactions, prevent fraud and abuse, send requested notifications, provide support, comply with law, and improve reliability. We do not sell personal data.

Legal bases and permissions
Processing is based on performing our agreement with you, your consent where required, compliance with legal obligations, and legitimate interests such as security and fraud prevention. Optional permissions can be withdrawn in device settings, although affected features may stop working.

Service providers and disclosure
Data may be shared only as needed with hosting, database, security, analytics, messaging, email, payment, identity-verification, and customer-support providers; professional advisers; or competent authorities when legally required. Providers must process data under appropriate safeguards and instructions.

Retention and account deletion
Profile, credentials, linked sign-in identifiers, devices, KYC references, and gameplay data are deleted or anonymized when an account is deleted. Pseudonymized transaction, invoice, receipt, fraud-prevention, dispute, tax, and security records may be retained only for applicable legal or compliance periods. Residual encrypted backups expire through the normal backup-retention cycle. Delete your account in Settings or visit https://ruycu.com/account-deletion.

Security
We apply access controls, encryption in transit, credential hashing, environment separation, logging, backups, and least-privilege administration. No system is risk-free, so users should protect their credentials and report suspected compromise promptly.

Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent, or a portable copy of eligible data. Requests can be sent to ruycuinfo@gmail.com. We may verify identity before fulfilling a request.

Children
Ruycu is not directed to children under 13. Users who have not reached the age of legal capacity in their jurisdiction must use the service only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian. Contact us if you believe a child provided data improperly.

Service providers may process data outside your region under appropriate contractual and technical safeguards. We may update this policy when our services or legal obligations change. Material changes will be communicated through the app, website, or registered contact channel.
