PT RUYCU INDONESIA DEVELOPMENT
These terms govern access to and use of the Ruycu mobile application, website, game services, and related features.
By creating an account or using Ruycu, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. You must provide accurate information and have legal capacity to accept this agreement. Minors must have permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and activity under your account. Do not share, sell, lease, or transfer an account. Notify us promptly about unauthorized access. We may require verification before restoring access or processing sensitive requests.
Do not cheat, exploit bugs, automate unauthorized activity, harass others, infringe rights, manipulate markets, reverse engineer protected services, bypass security, submit unlawful content, or use Ruycu for fraud, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
Coins, points, Blox, cards, land claims, rewards, and other digital features are limited contractual rights within Ruycu, not legal tender, bank deposits, securities, or automatic ownership of real-world land. Any future real-world property arrangement requires separate eligibility checks, documents, approvals, and terms.
Prices, taxes, fees, and payment terms are shown before purchase. Digital content sold in an Android app will use Google Play billing where required. Purchases and refunds are subject to applicable law, platform rules, and the terms shown at checkout. Never pay through an unofficial channel.
You retain rights to content you lawfully submit and grant Ruycu a limited license to host, process, display, and transmit it only as needed to operate the service. You must have permission to submit that content and remain responsible for it.
Ruycu software, branding, designs, game systems, and licensed assets are protected by intellectual-property laws. These terms grant only a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the service as intended. No source code or standalone asset license is transferred.
We may restrict or terminate access to protect users, investigate suspected violations, comply with law, or maintain service integrity. You may permanently delete your account through Settings or https://ruycu.com/account-deletion. Deletion removes access, progress, balances, and virtual items and cannot be reversed.
Services may change, experience maintenance, or contain errors. To the extent permitted by law, Ruycu is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted availability or profit, investment return, property appreciation, or future feature delivery. Nothing excludes consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. The parties should first attempt good-faith resolution through ruycuinfo@gmail.com. If unresolved, disputes are handled by the competent courts under applicable Indonesian law, without limiting mandatory consumer protections.
